THE MARKETING OF NTV Plus and TRIKOLOR OFFERS OUTSIDE THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (UKRAINE AND BALTIC STATES)

This note establishes that, contrary to what was asserted by Eutelsat and Arcom, the NTV Plus and Trikolor platforms are well distributed outside the Russian Federation.

Regarding the occupied territories of Ukraine, the distribution was encouraged as early as March 2014 by the Russian government. It is notably due to distributors approved by the two platforms.

As far as the Baltic States are concerned, this distribution takes place within the framework of a "grey market", involving in particular one of Trikolor's approved distributors.

Cette note établit que, contrairement à ce qui était affirmé par Eutelsat et l'Arcom, les plates-formes NTV Plus et Trikolor sont bien distribuées en dehors de la Fédération de Russie.

En ce qui concerne les territoires occupés de l'Ukraine, la distribution a été encouragée dès mars 2014 par le gouvernement russe. Elle est notamment le fait des distributeurs agrées par les deux-plates-formes.

En ce qui concerne les Etats baltes, cette distribution se fait dans le cadre d'un "marché gris", impliquant notamment un des distributeurs eusses agrées de Trikolor.
